Many "cheap 4G proxy" plans are really one proxy split between several customers: you're logged in and someone else rotates the IP, speed swings up and down, and the IP may already be worn out on the very site you need. 65Proxy's 4G proxies are not shared: every order is a proxy only you use. This guide explains what "not shared" means, why it matters, what a "fresh" IP really is, and how to check it yourself instead of taking an ad's word for it.

What "not shared" means

For a 4G proxy, "not shared" means the proxy isn't split with the seller's other customers:

  • Only you go through it — nobody else shares the login, port or traffic.
  • Only you rotate it — the rotation link is yours; nobody changes your IP mid-session.
  • The bandwidth is yours — the plan's 200GB isn't split with anyone.

One thing to state accurately: a mobile-carrier IP is always shared with real phone subscribers through the carrier's NAT — that's exactly why sites trust 4G IPs. "Not shared" means not sharing the proxy with other customers, not an IP nobody on the internet has ever used. The two kinds of "shared" are explained in dedicated vs shared proxies.

Why an unshared proxy matters

Problem with a shared proxy With a dedicated proxy
Someone else rotates the IP while you're logged in The IP changes only when you change it
Someone else gets the IP blocked on your site The IP's history while you rent it is yours
Speed split among several people The whole connection works for you
No idea what others do through your IP Only your traffic

For managing accounts, ads or anything that needs one IP for a whole session, a shared proxy is close to unusable: one other person pressing "rotate" ends your session.

What a "fresh" IP really is

"Fresh" is a word used a lot and rarely explained. For a 4G proxy, a fresh IP means:

  • An IP the carrier assigns when the device reconnects — the same kind of IP phone users have, not one taken from a proxy list sold over and over.
  • Each rotation brings a new IP from the carrier's pool (now and then the carrier hands back one you've had — that's normal).
  • You choose when to get a new one — when you start a new session or the current IP gets limited.

What nobody can honestly promise: an IP that's "100% clean and never blocked". Why is covered in clean proxies and blacklists. How rotation works and what "clean rotation" means are in rotating mobile proxies.

Check for yourself whether a proxy is shared

Don't just trust the word "dedicated" on a price list. A simple test: don't rotate for an hour, and log the IP every minute.

Terminal
export PROXY="http://USER:PASS@HOST:PORT"

for i in $(seq 1 60); do
  echo "$(date +%H:%M) $(curl -s -m 15 -x "$PROXY" https://api.ipify.org)"
  sleep 60
done
  • The IP stays the same all hour — what you'd expect from a proxy only you control.
  • The IP changes several times though you never called the rotation link — someone else may be rotating that proxy. A single odd change can be the device losing signal and reconnecting; repeated changes are worth asking the seller about.

Combine it with the steps in how to tell a real 4G proxy from a fake to be sure the IP really is mobile.

Why we don't say "the freshest on the market"

You'll see plenty of "cleanest", "freshest" and "number one" claims. Nobody can verify them, and Vietnam's advertising law doesn't allow words like "best" or "number one" without documented proof anyway. We'd rather say things you can check yourself: not shared, real mobile-carrier IPs, rotation when you want it — and let you try it on the shortest plan.

65Proxy's dedicated 4G proxies

  • Not shared: every order is its own proxy, with your own username, password and rotation link.
  • Singapore mobile-carrier IPs, each rotation a fresh carrier-assigned IP; on demand, at most once every 5 minutes.
  • 200GB per plan, priced 1 day $4, 7 days $13, 1 month $40.
  • HTTP and SOCKS5, delivered automatically once paid.

The shortest plan ($4) is enough to run the test above. See cheap 4G proxies with 200GB or pricing.

Frequently asked questions

Does dedicated mean an IP nobody has ever used?

No. Mobile-carrier IPs are always shared with real subscribers and reassigned by the carrier. "Dedicated" means the proxy isn't split with other customers: only you use it and only you rotate it.

Can I use one dedicated proxy for several accounts?

Yes, one at a time: one session per account, rotating when you switch to the next. Don't log several accounts in through one IP at once. See proxies for Facebook.

Why did my IP change once without me rotating?

A 4G device can reconnect after losing signal or restarting, and the carrier assigns a different IP. It happens now and then with any 4G proxy. If the IP keeps changing, message us on Telegram.
